We produce professional arboricultural reports and surveys relating to Ivy infestation. Clients include Local councils, Letting agents, Asset Managers, Mortgage lenders, Property Developers and Architects.
The reports are normally requested for larger ivy removal projects, often involving the erection of scaffolding
Our ivy surveyor will visit the property, producing a survey report incorporating a method statement, risk assessment, a schedule of treatment and estimated costs for the removal job.
The cost is £250 which includes 2 hours work by our surveyor. For reports which take longer than two hours, the charge is £90 for each extra hour.
Over 90% of our work is through customer recommendation
We have many satisfied clients can provide a set of out standing checkable references from our outstanding client list.
The minimum charge for ivy removal, control and pruning is £350. This covers the cost of having a two man team onsite for 2 hours, using ladders.
Larger jobs will involve using mobile platforms or scaffolding. The stems are cut. close to the base and the ivy is left to wilt for a month. This make it easier to detach from brickwork, windows and doors, without causing damage. After a month, we come back and complete the job, taking away all waste.
Complete eradication will cost more as it involves the physical removal of Ivy, along with excavation of the roots and herbicidal application. Several applications of herbicide may be required in order to completely eradicate the plant.
